“My husband has weak eyes. Actually he only has one eye. The other eye is fake; a prosthetic eye. His real eye is very weak, and deteriorating. He had no vision at all until he was around the age of five, and had to have several surgeries in order to obtain that small amount of vision.”

This so beautiful, weep-worthy. God bless you and your loving husband–spiritual eyes are the better gift, I’d say.

I am extremely moved by my brother in Christ, your husband and by you also my dear sister. The ever abounding love that I see and feel within your spirits inspire me greatly. I am one who has always suffered from many sicknesses but I know and believe I will always persevere because of Gods unfailing love. If my physical sight is taking away from me , I will still see clearly because of my spiritual sight, if I can no longer walk, my spirit will lift me and I will continue my walk spiritually, if i can no longer touch or embrace, my spirit will always know and welcome His embrace. The body fails but the spirit which trusts in God will endure forever in His grace and love. Theresa, thanks always for the blessings of your visits but more than that, the spiritual heart which radiantly shine through all you share always. Hugs. blessings and love in Christ to bot your husband, you , and your family!

What a tender and comforting post, dear woman of the Word! So thankful that He gives us spiritual eyes to see with, that we might see what He sees. God bless you and yours tenderly and mercifully.

Theresa, what a beautiful picture of your husband and daughter. There is nothing more admirable in a man than godliness. You are well matched, dear friend.
