Yes, we have been hidden in His hand. It has been so good for me to re-post these particular entries. I can see the Lord’s provision for both our physical and spiritual needs. I needed to see that, and to remember it was all the Lord’s grace, because although we strive to obey Him, we still sin daily in our thoughts, our words, and our deeds.

As I take all of that into consideration and also remind myself that He is an unchanging God I am filled with courage to face the uncertainties concerning the days that lie ahead.

Thank you so much for commenting.

I love how you could see the benefits of homeschooling for yourself as well as your children! And this is such a wonderful hymn. I really loved that last stanza too!.
Thanks Theresa and God bless you!

Deb, homeschooling my kids helped “me” so much. By the time I graduated from high school I had attended 13 different schools. I also was not the most motivated student in high school. But I wanted the kids to do well, so I just sort of home schooled myself right along with them and when my oldest was in grades 9-11 and ready for algebra 1, algebra 2, Geometry, and Chemistry we paid for a tutor. The cost of tutoring for 9th and 10th grade was about $1,200 and in 11th grade it cost us over $1000 I think. We just juggled it somehow week by week.

I love that last stanza, too. The enemy keeps sifting, yet we still remain in his hand. I am so thankful for all of the times I have forgotten, and you help remind me. You are such an encouraging person with great insight.
