Oh Theresa, thank you for making me aware of this prayer need. I will be lifting you and your husband up in more fervent prayer–for complete healing to include no more fear, perfect peace. God bless you abundantly–I love you, sis Caddo

Praying with you for healing and the relief of pain for your beloved hubby. I hate that he is going through all of this . . .and you too. And no, I can’t imagine driving to the hospital, knowing I would be leaving and no longer seeing anything. Crying out to God on his behalf. love you so much! deb

      Thank you so much, Deb.

      It is all so uncertain.

When I see him able to laugh I am so relieved. It’s always there…the physical discomfort, and that awful awareness of the situation, especially when new symptoms occur. But when He is able to laugh at something funny, and able to discuss one of his interests like music or politics or whatever I know that the level of coping is better. It is when he can’t laugh or show interest in conversation…those are the times that worry me so much.

Ever since I asked everyone to pray again a couple days ago his spirits have been improved and he at least hasn’t had anymore leakage from the eye.

I have felt the prayers going up on our behalf. 🙂

      Love,
      Theresa

[…] All of the stress began to take it’s toll on me. I had lost about 60 pounds in 2011 but from 2012-2013 I gained it all back plus a little more. I also became very depressed and was so weary that I was having a hard time with school. At midterm this past spring my grades were pretty good. I had 2 A’s and a C. My 4th class didn’t start till mid semester. Then when my husband quit his job, I knew that I would need to drop out and look for work, so I withdrew from all of those classes…dropped out of college, and started looking for work.  I didn’t know about the foreclosure until about a week after I dropped out.
