    Thank you, Theresa

Psalm 139 played an integral part of my day yesterday. Today you have underscored the fact that our lives are in His hands. I re-visited one of Linda’s earlier blogs as I was reminded how much He uses us to bless each other to His glory… and now you I find this treasure from you 🙂 [ Linda’s post http://lindakruschke.wordpress.com/2010/11/08/a-needlepoint-tapestry/#comment-2110%5D

I love the collection of scriptures…I love the theme too 🙂 It’s wonderful how He’s opening my eyes and drawing me closer to Him. Despite what presents itself, I’m learning to trust the Hand of God even when I don’t see the big picture.

    What a beautiful song!
“He swept away the things that made me blind
    And then I saw the clouds were silver lined;
And now I understand ’twas best for me
He washed my eyes with tears that I might see.”

“… the Lord is gracious and brings good even out of my failures” This one extract speaks much, Theresa. Thanky 🙂 I’m very happy that He doesn’t use my past experience to determine my future. He’s just absolutely marvelous!

Thank you for baring your heart and sharing His love. My eyes were open but I couldn’t see a thing! Thankful for the way He washes away all the build-up we collect over the years and gives us new vision.

Thank you too for putting up those links.

God bless you today and always as you wade out into the deep for Him.

    Encouraged,
    ann

    Ann,

“It’s wonderful how He’s opening my eyes and drawing me closer to Him. Despite what presents itself, I’m learning to trust the Hand of God even when I don’t see the big picture.”

That is a wonderful thing. It almost reads like a Beatitude (Matthew 5). 🙂

You come across as a joyful person as I read your comments. You also empathize with others. I can’t wait to hear more about what the Lord is doing in your life.

Thank you for your kind words and for the link.

    Blessings,
    Theresa

God washed my eyes with tears just now through you – the verses, the video, the good thoughts, and my blog friends.

He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me. Psalm 18:15-19 KJV

This is one of His ways in bringing me into a large place — me being here with you and other wonderful friends. He is so amazing for orchestrating the meeting of our hearts and thoughts in our posts and comments.

Thank you for continuously blessing me and much love to you Theresa!

      Thank you, Rea!

“This is one of His ways in bringing me into a large place — me being here with you and other wonderful friends. He is so amazing for orchestrating the meeting of our hearts and thoughts in our posts and comments.”

I feel the same way. 🙂

      Much love to you, too.

I love so much how He loves and knows you and me and each one who comes to Him. Only He can orchestrate all that He does, the way He does! You are someone He not only can work within (because you are so soft and desiring of Him), but also through you, so that we are touched and softened and can learn to desire Him more too. 🙂
God bless you as you praise our wonderful Lord!

I had never heard that song before, but the lyrics are great! It’s impossible to read Psalm 139 without being astonished at God’s care for us. Thank you for these thoughts!

I am glad you liked the song. It’s a tear jerker for sure! 🙂

I love Psalm 139. I have read it so many times, and I find new things practically every time.

Oh my gosh! I’m so excited and honored to be part of your list!

I didn’t know what a “pingback” was.(kinda like providential) so it took me awhile to get here. : )

It surely is a happy and rewarding week when we’re drawn closer to God. Since I’ve been blogging (5 months?) I’ve had that feeling many times myself, mostly from the same Godly women you’ve noted here.

We are so blessed to have each other. Will include that in my prayers of gratitude tonight! : )

      Linda,

I am so glad you figured out what a pingback was. Now you just have to go back to the post where you really touched me. I made two comments addressed to you that are dated either the 24th or 25th of February. The comment you made there combined with both you and Deb’s most recent posts…hers is “They forsook all” were used by the Lord in a special way.

Here is the link to my blog post where I made those 2 comments:

    Theresa,
I love psalm 139,it has helped me so many times and is stamped in ny mind.It was also the highlight yesterday for my sisters&I.Let God be praised.

I love the way you provided the links to show how mightily God is using you,the bloggers,to bring forth his words in such a powerful and personal way that people like me can relate to it,be blessed by it and comment on it.I thank him everyday, you guys are truly a blessing.

Father, I thank you for washing my eyes with tears and allowing my heart to be broken, because you know the plans you have for me and you know when the enemy rise up like a flood,I’ll be able to refute him with your words.I know that wherever I go you will lead me.Your love is so amazing,I am a wretch undone without you,I can’t live without you,am hopeless without you.I need you every second, every minute, every hour of each day.You know my every thought,I pray for a mind like you,I pray that wherever I go and whatever I do will be your will and not mine.Thank you for all the bloggers, they are your servants and children, ministering as you would have them.I know their ministry is blessed because its your will.Have your way Lord Jesus and thank you for answered prayers in every situation that may seem impossible I know we can trust in you because we can do all things through christ who gives us strength. The Devil is a Liar!God be praised.

    Be blessed
    Kenisha

      Kenisha,

I am so glad that you liked that. I listed them chronologically starting fom the top, so my readers could see the whole beautiful process of how the Lord used one persons post to plant a seed ( an idea), and each post after that watered and nourished that seed so that my heart was able to catch a glimpse of something I needed to consider…so I could have a greater measure of peace and contentment in my heart and in my life.

Thank you also for the moving prayer. I hope that if someone comes along who struggles and is at a loss for words…they might pray it, too.

      Blessings to you,
      Theresa

    Hi Theresa,

It’s no wonder God’s word says, “Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say rejoice!” 🙂

    Love,
    Margaret

      Margaret,

Yes, we need to rejoice, and best of all… we “CAN” rejoice, because the Lord has given us much to rejoice about! 🙂

      Love,
      Theresa

    Hey… good morning! ; )

Would you please look at the link to Moore to Ponder at the end of my new post? I need to make sure it goes to your page with the Sinner’s Prayer, but I don’t know how.

My tech skills are pretty lame. Thanks.
