I loved your comment over at bendedspoon today. And now I understand even more the significance of your reckon. 🙂 As I read through the scripture and then the meanings of reckon, I am lifted, enlightened, encouraged. Oh may I not faint in these moments of suffering, but reckon (think on) all that is yet to come. Thank you for blessing us with more of Him to ponder. love, deb

Thank you, Deb. There are so many things that we need to reckon; not in order to make them real, but in order to be at peace and to truly rest we need to do this…”I” need to do this…

“31And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: 32But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.” Luke 22:31-32

Satan cannot separate us from the love of the Lord, but he can distract us, so we are separated from the comfort and peace we are promised in Christ.
We will just have to keep praying for each other and cheering each other on in our journey here. 🙂

    Love, Theresa
